BTW Ms. Pia, I saw your signature in the PayPal Now sig drive. If your husband is really looking to extend his business to Filipinos in the States, it is possible for us here in the Philippines to have a US bank account.

It contains instructions on how to apply for a US bank account. You can then use that bank account to accept payments through PayPal. I know it's such a roundabout way of doing things, but it's better than nothing. I haven't tried it yet though (because it requires a passport which I don't have yet) so I can testify to its validity. I'll be applying for a bank account when I get my passport probably next month. If you're interested, I can tell you how it goes.
